PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
Objective
- Acquire financial sponsorship for the club
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate booth at International Bike Show and Bike to Work Week; including: obtaining space, arranging exhibits, coordinating volunteers to man the booths.
- Respond to any requests by potential sponsors for information about TRAILBLAZERS Tandem Cycling Club.
- Look for and act on all opportunities to raise the profile of TRAILBLAZERS Tandem Cycling Club within the blind community and the public at large including give-aways fund-raising items with TRAILBLAZERSŐ logo (T-shirts, etc.)
- Look for and act on all opportunities to obtain donations for the club including fund-raising events, sponsorships (of bike parts and repairs, of food for picnics, etc.)
- Promote club to potential stokers, captains and community at large
