PRESIDENT

Objective

• Oversee overall operation of club and executive committee to ensure it operates according to mandate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings of the executive every 6-8 weeks.
• Arrange Annual General Meeting each spring..
• Support executive as they execute their various responsibilities.
• Organize Nominating Committee prior to elections.
• Ensure representation at Community Bicycle Network monthly meetings to maintain our membership.
• Delegate a representative for the phone committee, which will distribute invitations and/or information to Captains and Stokers.
• President or Vice President MUST attend all committee meetings or delegate another Executive member.
• Promote club to potential stokers, captains and community at large
