RIDE CONVENOR

Link stokers and captains so that each person rides as often as desired with a compatible rider to maximize enjoyment

Upon receiving a request to ride from stoker or captain, contact members and volunteers until a suitable pair has been established.
Co-ordinate database of paid members including active and/or yet to renew captains & stokers current addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers and other relevant information with finance officer who maintains official database
Organize Orientations, group rides, including coordination of transportation with trip leader.
To update TB hotline with ongoing activities and check and disperse messages appropriately.
To follow up reference checks of all new captains.
Promote club to potential stokers, captains and community at large
