Rules

  1. Each blind or visually impaired Member must pay an annual Membership Fee before or at the Spring Annual General Meeting of the TRAILBLAZERS Tandem Cycling Club, or as close to the beginning of the Cycling Season as possible. This will allow the Member to get the most out of the Cycling Season. This Fee entitles that Member to a set of keys to the storage shed (where applicable), and to the key for the Cryptonite Locks (which secure the tandems together). These keys must be returned to the Club President immediately as soon as the Club Member has decided not to use the Club Tandems anymore, or if the person has decided not to be a Member of the Club. No portion of the Membership Fee will be refunded to that Member (unless there has been a Special Circumstance which has been deemed by the TRAILBLAZERS Executive to be deserving of such a refund.
