SOCIAL CONVENER

Objective

• Maintain a social status for the club

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting members for his or hers committee.
• Co-ordinate & delegate any necessary responsibilities to his/her committee members.
• Chooses all locations for social events only.
• Co-ordinates and organizes Picnic(s), for example food, games, prizes, Bar-B-Q, etc.
• All expenditures must be approved by the Trailblazer’s Executive.
• Finalizes all decisions with the President.
